protml Module Documentation

protml holds models and model components for predicting protein phenotype from sequence. The module uses Hydra for experiment configuration management to allow for quick and convenient experiment configuration and hyperparameter optimization.

The configurations model parameters is set in hierachically structured .yaml files in the configs/ folder. Parameter options can be combined as well as overrideen from the commandline to easily modify individual hyperparameters.

Setup for basic experiments are in configs/experiments/
